PROCESS:• When payment is agreed upon and received is when the commission starts.• I will need a brief/description and references from you to begin the sketching process.• In the case of commercial use, I will need the size dimensions you will be applying the artwork to before starting.• I will send you an initial sketch. You're allowed to request up to 5 changes in expression, poses or details in this sketching phase.• Sometimes the first sketch will come with additional variations if I see it necessary, but this is not an obligation on my part.• When we agree on a sketch, I will start to make the final artwork.• When I send you the finalized artwork is when the revision period starts.• When there are no further changes to be made and the artwork is completed, any remaining payments (if agreed on half initial and half upon completion terms) should be made before I can deliver any final high-resolution files to you.REVISIONS:• 1 revision is included for personal use only commissions.• 3 revisions are included for commercial use commissions.• You may not use your revisions 7 days after your commission has been completed, you will be charged an extra fee after the 7-day period if a revision is needed.• Major changes and extra revisions will have an extra cost.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY:• The finished piece and files will be sent to your email in the resolution and specified sizes.• Unless stated otherwise for specific deadlines, commission completion is usually within 3 weeks starting from your booked date.• Turnaround time starts after I receive payment and references, if you paid and haven't provided me with the necessary means to start your commission it will remain on hold unless we discuss the use of creative freedom.

Please read this thoroughly before ordering a commission from me.By commissioning me, you agree to the terms and conditions of service stated in this document.Please note that the contents in this document are subject to change without previous notice, so always check first before placing your order.

GENERAL:Artist• I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.• Consider my art style before ordering, I’m flexible but I will not create something drastically different from what I have shown already in my portfolio, I will NOT do hyper realism for example.• I retain all rights to my illustrations and usage for samples and portfolio unless specified otherwise under an NDA.• I have the right to decline your commission if I am uncomfortable with the content.Client• In the case of personal use only commissions, you retain all rights to the Intellectual Property (your characters) and may use your purchased commissions for any personal use, including printing for leisure.• You are not allowed to claim the finished piece as your own.• You may not mint the finished piece as an NFT or use any stages of the art piece in any type of AI/machine learning.• It is understood that all services and goods commissioned and purchased are digital artwork and don't come with a physical copy, thus they don't require delivery to an address or tracking numbers.PAYMENT:• PayPal only• Please don't send any money without confirmation. After accepting your commission, I will notify you and I will send an invoice to the PayPal address you provided.• I can allow split payment (half initial and half upon completion)• Must be paid upfront. Do not edit, modify, recolor or trace it. However, you can crop, resize or re-frame and use as part of other designs as you wish.• In the case of commissioning artwork for personal use only, reproducing/using the artwork commercially is forbidden. If you need artwork intended for the creation of merchandise or any usage that represents monetary profit, different conditions and rates apply.• Re-selling commissioned personal use only artwork is not allowed.• For commercial and merchandise related usage, it must be mentioned to include commercial-usage fees.• I can upload and share the commissioned artwork on my social media or portfolio for promotion purposes.• If you require a contract to be signed for certain commercial work or projects regarding usage, NDAs etc., it can be arranged from your end and discussed.• The artist holds no responsibility for DMCA claims due to the use of copyrighted characters.CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:• If payment hasn't been cleared yet, you can cancel your commission at any time.• After payment has been sent, there are no cancellations or refunds.
